Sensor Cleaning – How It Works
Sending your equipment in for a sensor cleaning is easy!
1. Drop off your gear or ship it to us
Option 1 – Local Drop Off
If you live within a convenient distance from our Lancaster PA shop, you can drop off your gear for a sensor cleaning service during normal business hours – no appointment necessary and no need to order online (we’ll get your gear and contact info when you drop off). If you live over 2 hours away, but are willing to drive, ask us about our same day service options.
Option 2 – Mail-in Service
Not local? No problem! If you live in the continental US, we can service your gear. Just fill out the online order form for sensor cleaning, pay for your order, and ship your gear to us.
NOTE: If you are also interested in calibration, start with the calibration form and then you can add sensor cleaning. You can’t add calibration to a sensor cleaning order.
Print out the confirmation email you receive after placing your order and include it in the box with your gear and ship to:

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your gear arrives and is entered into our system. The only things you need to ship are your camera that needs its sensor cleaned and one lens (the exterior will be cleaned for free as part of our service). 2. We’ll clean your sensor
Once we receive your gear, our expert techs will professionally clean your camera’s sensor and one attached lens within 48 business hours.
3. Pickup or have your gear shipped back
Once your sensor cleaning(s) are completed, we’ll contact you via email and text to notify you that your service has been completed. Then, you can pick up your gear in store or have it shipped to you via UPS Ground shipping.
