Camera Lens Calibration – How It Works
Sending your gear in for a camera and lens calibration is easy!
1. Drop off your gear or ship it to us
Option 1 – Local Drop Off
If you live within a convenient distance from our Lancaster PA shop, you can drop off your gear for camera and lens calibration service during normal business hours – no appointment necessary and no need to order online (we’ll get your gear and contact info when you drop off). If you live over 2 hours away, but are willing to drive, ask us about our same day service options (extra fees apply).
Option 2 – Mail-in Service
Not local? No problem! If you live in the continental US, we can service your gear. Just fill out the online order form for calibration, pay for your order, and ship your gear to us.
Print out the confirmation email you receive after placing your order and include it in the box with your gear and ship to:

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your gear arrives and is entered into our system. The only things you need to ship are your camera(s) and the lens(es) needing calibration. See our shipping instructions for details on what to send, what not to send, and how to safely package your gear for shipping.
2. We’ll calibrate your gear
Once we receive your gear, our expert techs will get it calibrated within 48 business hours. If you added sensor cleaning onto your order, we’ll perform that service as well.
3. Pickup or have your gear shipped back
Once your calibration(s) are completed, we’ll contact you via email and text to notify you your service is completed. Then, you can pick up your gear in store or have it shipped to you via UPS Ground shipping.
