  • Please let us know how you would prefer to be contacted about your repair, via phone or email.
  • Please describe the repair issue in detail so we can more accurately diagnose and estimate the repair, including how the issue may have started (e.g. impact damage, water damage, etc.)
  • Please list all the equipment you will be including in your shipment to us, including their associated serial numbers. Serial numbers for cameras can generally be found on the bottom of the camera, while serial numbers for lenses are sometimes printed on the barrel or on the mount.
