Sending your equipment in for a FREE repair estimate is easy!

1. Choose How to Get it to Us: Mail It or Drop it Off Locally

Option 1 – Mail-in Service

If you live in the USA (other than Alaska/Hawaii), we can service your camera and lens!

To begin, simply fill out this online form.

You’ll get a reply email from us that includes instructions for mailing your equipment to us.

Once we receive your shipment, we’ll notify you by email.

Option 2 – Local Drop-Off

If you live within a convenient distance from our two locations in Central Pennsylvania, you can drop off your camera/gear at our Lancaster or Hershey store during normal business hours… no appointment is needed.

The only accessories you need to include with your equipment are those which would affect the diagnosis and repair (we have most battery types on hand, and in most cases do not need memory cards).

2. Get a FREE Estimate

Estimates generally take 5 business days to process after the receipt of your equipment. You will be contacted by one of repair technicians with a free repair estimate via your preferred contact method (phone or email).

3. Approve or Decline the Repair

Once you have the estimate, contact our repair technicians via phone at (717) 397-3019 or by emailing repair@perfectimagecamera.com to either approve the quoted repair or decline the work.

If you approve, your equipment will continue through the repair process.

If you decline, you can either have it shipped back to you (simply pay a small shipping and handling fee to have your equipment returned via UPS) or come to one of our stores to pick up your gear (please contact us ahead of time to let us know which store).

4. Get Your Camera Back: Shipped to You or Local Pick-Up

Once your repair is completed, we’ll contact you via your preferred contact method (phone or email) to let you know.

Then, you can either have it shipped back to you (simply pay a small shipping and handling fee to have your equipment returned via UPS) or come to one of our stores to pick up your gear (please let us know which store ahead of time).
