Lightroom 101 – Getting Started With LR Classic – Class Description

Ready to start editing your photos, but not sure where to begin or what to edit with? Adobe Lightroom is the industry standard when it comes to editing still images. In this 2 hour class, we’ll show you everything you need to know to start editing your photos no matter what camera you’re using. You don’t need to have Lightroom to take this class. We’ll show you how to purchase it online, download your photos, and start editing.

What you will learn:

Join our Lightroom expert, Kim, in leveling up your editing skills! She’ll walk you through the basics and send you home with a detailed packet so you can start editing right away! 

Note: A computer is not required for this class. This class is based around desktop processes – specifically Adobe Lightroom Classic.

Parking 

We’re located in the Foxshire Plaza on Fruitville Pike where there is ample parking in the shopping plaza’s parking lot right in front of the store!

Age Restriction 

By limiting our classes to adults, we can tailor our content and teaching methods to better meet the needs and expectations of this demographic. We believe that this policy enhances the quality of our educational offerings and the overall experience of our adult learners. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Exceptions: Youth age 16 or 17 may attend with an accompanying adult. Both participants would need to secure a seat.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our classes are intentionally small and community-focused. Because instructors are paid per student and classes often fill, late cancellations can affect both our instructors and other students hoping to attend. Thanks for helping keep our classes running smoothly!

7 or more days before the class – Cancel for a full refund or receive full class credit toward a future session of the same class.

2-6 days before the class – No refunds – you’ll receive full class credit to use toward a future date of the same class.

Less than 48 hours before the class – No refunds – we’re unable to offer rescheduling, but you may:

• Transfer your spot to a friend for this date, or
• Receive a one-time 50% class credit (per customer, per year) as a courtesy

Minimum enrollment – Classes require a minimum of 3 participants. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, you’ll be notified and offered a full refund or full class credit.

If Perfect Image cancels a class for any reason – You may choose a full refund or transfer to a comparable upcoming class.
